Welcome to the GMG - FREC 3 Pre Learning

At Glasgow Medical Group Ltd, we are committed to providing individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle emergency situations effectively.


The FREC 3 Course covers a wide range of topics, including:


  • Basic airway management 


  • Primary and secondary survey


  • Assessment and management of trauma and medical emergencies


  • Anatomy and physiology of common medical conditions


 

Participants will learn how to assess and manage a variety of medical and trauma emergencies, including cardiac arrest, major trauma, and medical emergencies such as asthma and anaphylaxis.


Our FREC 3 (2025) Course is delivered by experienced instructors who have extensive knowledge and practical experience. They will guide participants through hands-on training exercises and simulations to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.

Key safety principles include planning the task, adopting a stable base, keeping the load close to the body, using proper body mechanics like bending at the knees, and employing mechanical aids when appropriate.
